What it shows
Open Demand Report in the app's navigation. For each product and variant that is (or recently was) out of stock, you see:
- Waiting subscribers — how many people are currently signed up for an alert on that variant. This is the ranking column: the top of the list is your most-wanted sold-out item.
- Current stock status — still out of stock, or already restocked.
- Signups over time — when the demand arrived, so you can tell a spike from a slow burn.
- Alerts already sent — for restocked items, how many waiting customers were notified.
No email addresses appear in the report — it is an aggregate view built for purchasing decisions, and it stays clean if you export or share it.
How to use it
- Restock the top of the list first. Ten waiting subscribers are ten near-certain visits the minute stock returns — demand you have already captured, at zero ad cost.
- Size the reorder. Waiting subscribers are a floor, not a ceiling: for every shopper who signs up, others just left. If 15 people queued for a size, reordering only 15 units is almost certainly under-ordering.
- Spot dead demand. A sold-out product with zero signups over weeks is telling you something too — maybe it doesn't deserve a reorder at all.
- Argue with data. Exporting the report (Pro) gives you a CSV you can drop into a supplier email or a buying meeting: “42 customers are waiting for this — when can you deliver?”
CSV export Pro
Click Export CSV at the top of the report. The file contains one row per variant with: product title, variant, waiting subscribers, stock status, first and latest signup dates, and alerts sent. It opens directly in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Plan availability: the Demand Report is included from the Growth plan ($19/month); the CSV export is a Pro feature ($49/month). On the Free plan you still see signups per product and variant on the dashboard — the report adds the ranking, history, and export on top. See billing & plans.
